project 2000

We have several clients here at MCI that are having a problem printing from MS project 2000 in windows XP. This is the only software package that is not printing to the LAN printers.All have admin rights and project 2000 was printing last week. The LAN admins say “it should work” but it doesn’t. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks
