Public Folder Replication/Access

I’m replicating a public folder to a server in another Exchange site, which is in a trusted NT domain (2-way trust). The folder is replicating OK, comes up as In Sync. I’ve granted a certain user on that site Editor permissions to the folder, but hecan’t open it. When he logs on as domain Administrator however, he can open it. What am I missing?
