Public Folder SYNC

I have all the company contacts under the public folder, so everyone doesnt have to have it under each of their user mailboxes.

We are now running into alot of travel, where we cannot sync back to the server. Is there a way to sync the public folder to the users mailbox contacts? I dont mean to copy over each time, and find which ones are different, I mean a true SYNC where if someone changes or adds a contact, it will replicate to all users’ mailbox contacts.
