Question on Excel compare

Now I need to compare data in two sheets of Excel.
First, need to filter all unique codes in a range A1:F2352, copy to a new sheet;
Then compare the new range with one column, highlight the data of the new range which not existing in the column?
How can I fulfill the above work quickly?
