Quick View in Word and Excel

As you know there is an option in Word and Excel to view document in Quick View format(right click on document and choose Quick View option).Why I can view some files and can’t view anothers created or sent by email in samy day. I tried a lot of different sources but still can’t find the answer. If somebody knows please send me email Vladi72@netscape.net
