Quicken 2002 will not export

I have installed Quicken 2002 basic on about 25 PC’s. Each PC needs to export the data into a qif file and it works fine on all pc’s except 2. When you try to do the export nothing happens..no error message, no qif file created…NOTHING. I have tried checking all the options (Transactions, Account List, etc) and no matter what the parms, nothing happens. The strange thing is these PC’s were created using Ghost so if one isn’t working then none of them should work but all do work except 2.I do not want to try to reinstall if possible because the default category list has been removed and a customized one imported and it would be a lot of work to redo that. Any help would be appreciated.
