quicken password recovery

i downloaded the quicken password key program. there are no instructions with it. it basically says in the download description to “drag your file to the program window” and it will tell you the password for the file.

Well i can’t drag and drop. Are there insructions?

i just need to open a quicken file that I’ve forgotten the password for
