Reading Notes 5 email db in Outlook?

Can anyone help me figure out how to convert a Notes 5 email database so it can be read in Outlook 2000? An employee brought their email file with them and needs to get access to it. We use Outlook and would prefer not purchasing Notes for this task. What can we do?
