Record source in Access

I need to get Microsoft Access to prompt for the record source of a form every time it is opened. The tables all contain the same fields so they will link in with the forms fields. I know it would be easier to have all the data in one table, but due to poor setting up of the database originally this is not possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
