Remote Help Desk Options

I am looking for some remote help desk options. Options to allow me to view a users desktop and assist during problem calls. Primarily accross a network environment or possibly from home on off hours.

There are options like Lap Link, and PC Anywhere, but I am curious of other software and remote support types.

What are some other options?
