Remove password expiration in exchange2k

We want to remove the default password expiration in exchange 2000 and owa but are unable to find the value anywhere. I’m sure there is a setting somewhere where you define how long the password is good but its hiding from us.

Any help on thisone whould be greatly appreciated.
