Removing Clustered Bridgehead in Exchang

I have three Exchange servers and need to remove two from the orginization
EX01
EX02
EX03
All accounts have been recently moved from EX02 to EX03 so I have to remove EX02 from the org.
EX01 is acting as the bridgehead so the EX03 must be promoted.
In the end I really only nee EX03 as the only Exchange server.
EX01 is a Compaq cluster running 5.5 w/ serpack 4
Any ideas out there???????
