Reply and Forward for a Domain that will be Shutdown

We currently have purchased a company and are in the process of assimilating them. In this assimilition we ran into a problem and we have to 5:00pm today to fix. We need to be able to reply to every email from yattayatta.com and still be able to forward it to the recipiant needed. We will purchase any Exchange plug in we need, curently on Exchange 2003.
