Requirements of a DBA

Hi,
I am working as production support analyst for last 1 year.
I am working with SQL Server 2000
I have knowledge of logshipping, replication, backups, DTS, Job Managements, Security Management and some more like this.

On what area I need to focuss on to become a good DBA. What can increase my knowledge as a DBA?
Is there is some area which I need to learn which I missed till now?

Thanks
