Resources

I have read that is possible to create resources within Exchange so that when an Outlook user schedules a meeting they can check to see if the resource (such as a meeting room) is available, if it is the Resource will be booked and others can then see the room/resource is in use

Does anyone know how to set this up/configure it in Exchange 2000?

I know how to do it under Conferencing Server but dont have this onsite and have no inclination to purchase it

All help will be very much appreciated
