Restrict internet mail on E2K server?

Hi everybody,
I have for some users on a network running W2K DC and another one with E2K to restrict them to only internal email. How can I do this either through E2K server via Exchange Manager or through Active Directory Users and Computers? I donot want delete their SMTP address from their profile.

Any help will be appreciate.
