Retrieving internet info into Excel

Is there an application that will retrieve stock quotes (from say Yahoo) and put them into an excel spreadsheet?

I am trying to track some stocks and options with an Excel spreadsheet. Part of what I am tracking is the current price of the stock/option. I had used one before in Lotus 123 and in an older version of Excel. I can’t seem to find it now and would love to be ablt to use it again.
