Rules in Outlook 97

HI, I am running on an Exchange 4.5 and an Outlook 97 Client. I added a rule in Inbox Assistant, when I send a mail to a specific address (external) I want this mail to be forwarded (copied) to an other external mail address. I want the mail to be delivered to both addresses. My question is: Can I forward an email to an external address or I can just forward it to an internal recipient? Or do I need to create a custom recipient pointing on a external address?
