Rules Wizard in Outlook 2000

Are there any known bugs with the rules wizard in Outlook 2000? I’ve created rules for my TechRepublic e-mail subscriptions to move them from my inbox to specific folders. These rules work in Outlook Express but not Outlook 2000. When I click on theoption “Run now” it appears as if the job is done but when I check the messages are still in my inbox. I’m tempted to re-install Outlook. Is there something I’m overlooking?
