Rules Wizard

Hi,
I try to set up rules wizard for all incoming emails with auto reply. It works only with in our commany. I tried to send mail from my hot mail account to my company email, I am not getting any auto response. If i tried within the company it gives response. I tried with ” Out of Office Assistant” same thing. Is Excahnge server(5.5Version we were using currently) is blocking. Do i need to check any settings on the server.
