Running Access 97 & 2000 on same PC

I need to be able to run access 97 & 2000 on the same PC using a 98SE OS. I have installed both version in differant folders.
I have 2 issue I need to resolve when I open the 97 version it works just fine But when I open 2000 version the windowinstaller runs this happen every time Any suggestions ??
On another test PC same issue as above But Ialso get a error message a system error had accord or the PC is out of memory
