Running Office 2000 in Windows XP

Customer is running Office 2000 SP3 in WIN 98SE.
Will be upgrading to Windows XP SP2 on a new PC.
Can anyone confirm for me that Office 2000 will run in Windows XP SP2 without any problems?

I have spent hours on the Microsoft web site searching for an answer and haven’t found one.
