Runtime error

My new Win2k PC has been installed for four days now. Each time I log on I get the error: WINBATCH RUNTIME ERROR #9999. After that Fatal error message that says DLL(S) NOT FOUND OR CREATED. I thought it could be the virus, but I scanned for viruses.
