Runtime Error in Program C:\

Whenever I try to open WordPerfect 11 I get the following erorr message:
Runtime Error Program C:\Program Files\WordPerfectOffice11\Programs\wpwin11.exe
abnormal program termination
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library OK
When I click OK the message disappears and the program won’t open.

How do I fix the problem??
