Sample Knowledge Base Format

I work as a software support specialist and need to build a knowledgebase for our suite of products
I will not be purchasing a KnowledgeBase builder / tools for some time but in the meantime
I would like to build a template in word that I can distribute to staff
Does anyone know a good site where I could view Knowledgebase layouts
