Save box keeps coming up.

I have a problem with MS Word & Outlook. Without notice and for no apparant reason the save box keeps on coming up. It seems to happen continually even after a re-install and even after a clean re-install of the OS. This problem keeps on coming up yet only on those two apps. It does not seem to matter wether I click close,save or cancel it just keeps on returning. After a reboot it’s fine for about an hour or so then it starts again. I have had many look at this with no answers for me.What am Idoing wrong here? Help please.
