Save Outlook Folders/Contacts/Profiles

Hi All,

Can anyone provide/point me to a CLEAR, CONCISE procedure for backup/restore of MS Outlook Folders/Contacts and User Profile information form a Win2000 Pro and/or WinXP Pro workstation?

I have a P2P network with Win2000 Pro users and 1WinXP Pro user. We are planning a conversion to a Client/Server network in about 8 weeks. A couple of the Win2000 users will be getting new WinXP Pro workstations with OfficeXP and I will have to transfer their email. All Users/Workstations will be moved from the current workgroup to the Win2000 Server Domain.

I know I need to transfer/maintain User Profile information as a part of this process, but am not having much success finding useful information on MS TechNet.
