sbs 2003

I have a registered domain name mydomain.co.uk.
and i want to setup a exchange server2003 send and receive e,mail for my company.i was thinking if i can use the domain name for my exchange or i have to do anything else?
my company has a email address sales@mydomain.co.uk.(now i get my company e.amil through isp)
any suggestions?
