Scanning to PDF

We have a large multifeed scanner which we will be imaging all our archive files to text OCR searchable PDF.

We have tested with Adobe, but at the moment adobe cannot word search in any other form than portrait.

What other PDF programs are around that will enable scan to PDF woth OCR, but automatically rotates the documents so that they are good for adobe.
