scheduling of automating the restarting

Hi,

Is there anybody who knows the command line that helps to automate the shutting down and restarting of the WinNT server?
It starts with shutdown/ -r …….?? I don’t know the full command. Can anybody help? What about the automating of the restarting of WinNT server? I am totally lost on this. Thanks in advance.
