I have found that when a person recieves an attachment to an e-mail and the attachment is opened and the saved as, a temporary folder opens with the letters OLK…. This in itself isn’t bad but if the file is confidential and is password protected after it is saved to another directory, the file in the OLK… directory is still not protected.
Normally this folder is hidden, but it can be accessed by anyone with the users name and password.
We are using Exchange server 5.5 with Outlook.
The question is can this folder be redirected to My Documents and if so how? Also is this tempory folder necessary?
