Seeing Multiple Outlook Calendars

I am looking for the best way for an executive to look at multiple employee calendars. There will be about 60 employees in the group. I have downloaded OLTeamCal.exe from Microsoft but it does not handle that many employees well. Anyone have a suggestion or two?
