Seeking advice on broadband connectivity for voice, video, and HSIA

A CIO Issues subscriber working in a third-world country is considering delivery broadband connectivity for triple play (voice, video, and HSIA). He is dealing with infrastructure gaps and the high cost of acquiring the technology. He’s looking at WiMax/WiFi OR fibre/ADSL for intra connectivity and would like any feedback?pros and cons?on these technologies, as well as providers they can work with in the areas of head end switching and content.
