Send To Word

In Powerpoint you can select the option to “Send to Word”. Is there any way to customize the template or script file that it is using to create the document? I’d like to get rid of the first column that says “Slide 1”, “Slide 2”, etc and to also change the size of the actual slide column and notes column.
