Sending word document as attachment

Hi there,

i launch microsoft 2000 word. went to send to – mail receipient (as attachment). MS outlook 2000 launch with the word document attached. when i click on To tab, an error message pop up saying my personal address book could not be access. (PAB is set as the default address book to open)(i have no problem viewing or grabbing address from there directly from outlook). the problem seem to occur after a windows SP4 patch.

anyone has any idea how to solve it??? need some help here……
