Server Error in ‘/’ Application

I am getting the above error message in a fram that is trying to load up a *.aspx page on the Internet Explorer.

It happened after I set up Dreamweaver on my PC. Has this happened to anyone else and if so could you please tell me how you rectified the error. The page is stored in the INETP/WWWROOT directory of another PC running IIS and Admin permissions has been set on this folder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
