Server Side Messeges

I’m Using Exchange 2000 on SBS 2000
I have an account that receives an absurd amount of junk mail.I’ve made a new account for that user. I want to hide this mailbox and put up a messege for anyone sending mail to it to contact the company for thatusers new e-mail address.
Where does one create this type of messege?
