set default value in a fast way (Access)

In Access, when creating a table, for an item, we can set a default value for it, but must in design view.

Now I have made a form from a table.

I hope to make a short cut to set default value for a certain item, for example, a pop-up bar or a button, just to set default value in an easy way.

How can I realize that, macro, or some way else?
