setting up Outlook in a law firm

I am currently setting up a network at a local law firm. They have used schedule plus on an NT server to send messages and post reminders etc. I have upgraded to XP Pro on the server and XP Home on the workstations. I would like help setting up Outlook XP to do the same thing as sending interoffice mail and reminders and calender things just like schedule used to. I need to know how to set up profiles and so on. If anyone would be kind enough to help me I sure would appreciate it. I don’t know too much about Outlook but I imagine that XP Pro integrates well with it and that this program would and can do the same as the outdated and defunct Schedule Plus. Thank you,
