Setting Word 2000 “Send To” to Notes R5

I’d like to configure the File menu’s “Send To” command to use Lotus Notes R5 from Word 2000. Previous posts have attempted to answer this issue for Word ’97, and in following their suggestions, what I have happen is WinWord.EXE crashes when I select “Mail Recipient” from the “Send To” menu. I’m using Lotus Notes 5.0.5, Windows 2000 SP2, and Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1).
