Share Outlook Mailbox on Windows XP Pro

I use Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2000 on my home computer with multiple user accounts. I want to be able to have all user accounts except the Guest account share the same Outlook Today mailbox. Currently when each user launchs Outlook, they each get their own Outlook Today mailbox, I would like to have all users except the Guest account open the same (default) mailbox.
