Shared boarders in FrontPage 2000

A client wants his link bar updated to all pages on his website (about 300 pages)The link bar is a shared boarder on each page. How can I update this all at the same time without updating each page one at a time. Common sense tells me there must be a way to do this (but then is there common sense with M$)
