Shared Calendars in Outlook 2003 -do not display properly

Hi – we are on exchange 2000 outlook 2003. I have one user that when they have shared calendars, even though they are checked they do not show up. If she unchecks them they can be viewed. If she closes outlook and goes back in -checks the calendars they can be viewed. Any ideas.
