Shared Mail box

I have an account that is shared multiple address’s go into it. I want to know if I can setup a mailbox on my Exchange server that will get the mail from the POP account and then sort it by our global address list. What we are trying to acomplish is to allow some users to send and recieve Email without having to pay for an account for each user. These users will not be doing alot of emailing. I need to know how I can set this up In Exchange.
