Sharepoint 2003 adding nt group with admin rights

I am working with sharepoint 2003 and dont want to add individual user to some 800 web sites, what i would like to do is add a group of users that will be able to access all the sites under the portal. Does anybody want to pass those instructions my way? It would be a great help!
