Sharing OutLook task and calendars

is there an article or a way to share Outlook with another user. The Manager’s Administrator would like to set up meetings and task for him within his OUtlook from her workstation? that means i would have to share his outlook task and calendar. How is this done. I remember an article with step by step procedures on this… Please help
