Sharp Ux-2700cm Color MFP Printer

I am not able to print any data that is created in my Microsoft Works 2000 or Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access. However, when I run a test page it prints. The machine is a five in one. The fax, copier, and scaner is printing fine. When I am on theinternet it dosn’t print either. I would like to know if the machine my need to be serviced? Are is there something I can do about this myelf? If so, can you help me?
