Show Exchange Calendar in Outlook Today

Under Office XP/Win2K/Exchange 5.5 I am trying to get a shared Exchange Calendar Folder to show as the default Calendar in Office Today. I have spent much time editing the Outlwvw.dll and I can get the Calendar title to link to the Public Folders Calendar, but I can’t get the appointments to show. It also doesn’t work when I try to point to a local store, either. And yes, I have read the “Customizing Outlook Today” article from Microsoft (as well as countless others). It looks easy as pie, but….
