Single Calender being updated automatica

We have about 3500 clients running outlook, mostly outlook98. Some of management for instance of the same department would like to be able to view a single calender with all managers appointments shown. This calender should be updated automatically by their respective calenders in outlook and changes made on the common calender should be updated back to their outlook calenders. We are running Exchange 5.5. Please help…!!!
