Sizing flash windows

Is there a way to size a flash movie depending on the screen resolution of the user? I have sized one to fit neatly on a 1024 X 768 window. But when viewed at a smaller resolution, the bottom is cut off. When viewed at a higher resolution, it looks small. Any help will be appreciated.
